Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
